What materials are used for your tabletops and table legs?
With the high-quality wood used for our products, we commit that our table tops are solid and unique. The epoxy layer will add protection to the table top and enhance the modern aesthetic.
Our tables are paired with a solid steel table base. It is designed to resist rust and wear for long-lasting use.
Can I customize the product size, color, or finish?
We only offer black epoxy for table tops, and each product has a unique wood grain. If you want to customize the wood grain, we are so sorry that customization is impossible. Instead, we offer a variety of sizes and allow you to customize the table tops and base dimensions that suit your needs.
How do I clean and maintain the tabletop?
Our table designs are suitable for cleaning with a soft cloth. You should wipe them with a wet cloth, then wipe again with a dry one to avoid moisture and stains. Do not use abrasive materials or stiff sponges because they can scratch the surface.
Our products’ natural appeal will be maintained if they aren’t placed under exposure to UV and moisture. Instead, placing it under an umbrella or shade in your garden will be the best solution. Besides, you also need to apply mineral oil and polish the table top with a dry fabric every month.

Absolutely! We provide various heights and sizes that can support table tops up to 1000 lbs. If you are not sure how to find the right table size, we have free 3D renderings to show the compatibility of our products.
The item I need is out of stock or discontinued. Can you help?
Because of the unique wood grain, we cannot restock the same piece. So if you see your favorite table design out of stock, you can contact us to order another custom table that looks closely like the design you want.

Sure! But you can contact our customer service team to ask for guidance if you don’t know how to do it properly. We will give you a step-by-step instruction to repair it effectively.
Do you sell tabletops and table bases separately?
Yes, Lumber Grand offers both tabletops and table bases as standalone products. Besides complete tables, we also offer epoxy table tops and steel table bases of a wide range of sizes.
Does wood expand or crack over time?
Our pre-drilled holes on mounting plates, designed with a smart cross shape, are available for tables starting from 29" in size. This design helps minimize cracking due to seasonal or temperature changes. Additionally, C-channels are used to flatten both the epoxy and wood surfaces, reducing the risk of separation over time.

Do you allow pickup orders in person?
Yes, in-person pickups are possible. You need to place your order and pay in advance. After that, you contact our customer service team to provide your order number. Next, we will send you a pickup time and the guidance to pick up at our warehouse.
