Beginning July 2026, Lumber Grand will be collecting sales tax on orders shipped to the following states, in accordance with our nexus obligations and each state's tax regulations: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. Our prices remain unchanged - the applicable tax will simply appear at checkout based on your shipping address.
To request a tax exemption on your orders, please email us at customerservice@lumbergrand.com BEFORE making your purchase. Include a legal exemption certificate from your state along with the following information (if you are a first-time customer): Full Name, Shipping Address, Email Address, Phone Number. If you are an existing customer seeking a tax exemption, simply email us from the email address you have previously used in our system.
Please be aware that we cannot process tax refunds for orders that have already been placed and taxed. Thank you for your understanding.
